As the sun sets and the moon rises, embark on a unique adventure through the wilderness, guided by the gentle glow of your torchlight. This nocturnal journey offers a fresh perspective on familiar trails, unveiling a new layer of mystery and magic in the great outdoors.

The guided walk will start in Ambleside and see us along the shores of Rydal Water and up to Loughrigg Fell for views below of Ambleside and Windermere.

Our experienced guides will lead you through a carefully selected route, ensuring safety and the opportunity to witness the wonders of the night. Along the way, you'll discover the sounds of the night, from the rustling of leaves to the distant calls of nocturnal creatures. Keep an eye out for the occasional surprise encounter with wildlife, like owls and deer.

With each step, you'll deepen your connection to nature and gain a heightened appreciation for the beauty of the nocturnal world. On the day

12.00pm (Midday) - Pick-up - we will be parked waiting outside the National Express coach station on Chorlton Street, Manchester. Roughly 5 min walk from Piccadilly.

1.00pm - Service stop for refreshments.

​

1.20pm - Lancaster pick-up

​

2.00pm - We arrive in Ambleside to begin our walk.

​

7.00pm - Finish our walk and depart.

​

8.15pm - Service stop for refreshments.

​

9.30pm - Drop-off - Arrive back at Chorlton Street, Manchester for departure. With some great memories!
