Scafell Pike is England's highest mountain and war memorial. It has invariably been described as exhilarating, beautiful and breath-taking. When you visit, it won’t take long for you to discover the beauty and romanticism of the great mountain. The view from the top has inspired writers such as Wordsworth, Coleridge, Baines and Wainwright as on a clear day you can see Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and the Isle of Man!

We believe starting from Seathwaite is the best way to climb Scafell Pike, but the distance of this route requires us to camp the evening of the walk. This is a challenging walk and will include climbing 4 of England's highest mountains: Scafell Pike, Ill Crag, Broad Crag and Great End.

A general level of fitness is required as you will be walking for 5-6 hours at a steady pace. We welcome anyone to join us! We have guided all abilities to the top of Scafell and I believe there is no better achievement than stepping out of your comfort zone!
