🐝 - Enjoy a peaceful yet rewarding walk up Arnside Knott, one of the lesser-known gems of the Lake District. Starting in the charming village of Arnside, this walk combines gentle woodland trails with open hilltop views across Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland fells. The summit may be modest in height, but the panoramic scenery is breathtaking, offering stunning coastal and mountain vistas.

🥾After our walk, you’ll have time to explore the quaint village of Arnside, where you can enjoy local cafes, the historic pier, and scenic riverside views. Our guides will lead you through the area’s natural beauty and local history. This walk is ideal for all levels—perfect for those seeking a more relaxed adventure.

On the day

8.00am - Pick-up 1 - One of our beautiful minibuses (Pictured below) will be parked waiting outside the National Express coach station on Chorlton Street, Manchester. Roughly 5 min walk from Piccadilly.

9.00am - Pick-up 2 - Lancaster Park and Ride, we will pull up at the bus stop opposite the back car park. (Free Parking all day)

9:45am - Service stop for refreshments for 20 minutes.

10:30am - We will arrive at the car park, a little introduction from our mountain leaders about the day and then begin our walk. (Toilet facilities are available in the car park).

3pm - Arrive back down from walk latest with lots of smiles! Depart from car park.

3:45pm - Service stop for refreshments for 20 minutes.

4.30pm - Drop off 1 - Lancaster Park and Ride.

5:30pm - Drop off 2 - Arrive back at Chorlton Street, Manchester for departure. With some great memories!
